Healthy breakfast waffles
I've been posting on Instagram some waffle photos lately as I went crazy and bought myself a waffle maker. I was worried it will be the end of my wellness project but turns out I figured out how to make healthy waffles, which are perfect for breakfast. The below recipe will make 1 waffle:
1/2 banana
1/2 cups of oatmeal
1 organic (!) egg
pinch of salt
pinch of vanilla extract
Mix all ingredients and throw on a waffle maker. After cooking, top with Greek yoghurt mixed with agave syrup (or honey) & some berries.
